Valuations are purchased for many reasons from selling a business to estate planning, divorce, partner buyouts and more. You will earn a commission on these services.
Buyer Representation is another service that ROI has a proprietary program in place for its agents and clients to take advantage of. ROI has an exclusive process for representing buyers.
In Family or Key Employee ownership transition. Many companies do not sell to third parties but are transferred to a known party. ROI has an exclusive process that makes the transfer a reality for the business owner.

You may start your career as an Agent in one of two ways with ROI. First as a Preferred Agent; An ROI Preferred Agent is an agent that has been in the business a minimum of two years and has five documented closings to his or her credit.
