  • Results – ROI sold many businesses last year.  2008 was characterized by the worst economy in decades.  Most business brokers had their worst year ever.  ROI had its best year ever.  We succeeded because we worked harder than the competition.

     
  • Leadership – ROI is a founding member of BBANE, the Business Broker Alliance of New England.  BBANE is the first and only multiple listing service dedicated to sale of small  to medium sized businesses in New England.  It is one vehicle we use to create an active market for our clients businesses.  BBANE attracts more buyers and more buyers mean more sales.  

  • Experience - Each of ROI’s 5 brokers has more than 20 years of business experience and every ROI broker has owned their own business.  Our experience helps us to understand the challenges that confront our clients and to market those businesses to entrepreneurs.

  • Financing – Even the best deals can grind to a halt if financing cannot be found and delivered on time.  ROI has partnered with a professional SBA loan broker who has found financing when other brokers could not.  As a result we were able to close deals other brokers could not have closed.

  • Confidence – Most business brokers charge clients a retainer or “up front fee” before they accept a listing.  They do that because they know they’re only going to be able to sell a small percentage of their listings.  ROI does not charge retainers or upfront fees.  We get paid when you get paid.  We’re willing to do this because we’re confident we will sell the businesses we list.

  • ROI provides Professional third party business valuations through two of America’s leading valuation providers.  Before we go to market with your business you will have a good idea of what to expect for sales price.

  • ROI can assist in transferring your business to another family member or a trusted employee on a consulting basis. Most brokers will not help in this process.

  • Buying or selling you will be treated with respect, honesty and the highest ethics.  We return phone calls and e-mails. We are never to busy for good customer service.

  • After meeting we will be happy to provide you with contact information to speak with some of our former clients. Most of our new clients come from referrals.
