Gary Rayberg, principal at ROI Corporation, represented the seller, David Anderson, who will become part of the Sila team. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Formerly Vincent Anderson and Sons Inc, Anderson Plumbing & Heating is a 2nd generation, family owned and operated plumbing and heating company with over 60 years of experience. Dave Anderson said, “When we decided to sell our company, we knew that we needed the assistance of a broker with industry experience, someone who would know how to reach out to the best prospective buyers.
