ROI Corporation brokers sale of SERVPRO® Weymouth; owner Frank Mattos sells business to Needham businessman Michael Yeomans
ROCKLAND and WEYMOUTH, MA, ISSUED November 5, 2021…ROI Corporation (www.roibusinessbrokers.com), a leading firm for the transfer of ownership of businesses, recently successfully brokered the sale of SERVPRO® of Weymouth.
Gary Rayberg, president of ROI Corporation, represented the seller, Frank Mattos, who sold the business to businessman Michael Yeomans of Needham. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Yeoman comes to SERVPRO® Weymouth with a strong background in sales and operations.
SERVPRO® is a market leader in rapid-response disaster recovery for residential and commercial properties and operates franchises across the United States. Mattos owns two other SERVPRO® locations in the region and will retain ownership in those other locations.
SERVPRO® Weymouth is a professional, full service restoration company specializing in emergency service 24/7 with a specialty in water and fire damage restoration. The business has thirteen full-time employees, and has been under the ownership of Frank Mattos since 2005 when he acquired the business.
